Branding for City of Groningen
In 2013 we were hired by the City of Groningen to design a branding strategy and logo, hailing them as the Bicycle Capital of the world. Combining innovative graphic design with the city’s long history and identity of bicycling, this brand-creating campaign and logo design will show the world that while it may be small, Groningen is a true world leader when it comes to bicycle culture.
The focus in on bringing "professional tourists" to the city - planners, politicians, engineers, study groups from universities, etc - as well as strengthening the region's image as a cycle touring destination.
