Project Summary

To support the Metropole of Lille with the definition and planning of a cycle highway network, Copenhagenize organised a series of four participatory workshops. The participants included technicians of the Metropole as well as its constituent municipalities and representatives from the local bicycle advocacy association. Copenhagenize provided them with best-practice and efficient processes regarding the definition of a concept, infrastructure, wayfinding, services and evaluation,illustrated by qualitative International examples. Through interactive and engaging discussion, the team guided them towards concrete solutions adapted to their local context.
