Project Summary

Copenhagenize supported the development of the cycling policy of the South Luberon Territorial Community (COTELUB) by creating an awareness and communication campaign about everyday cycling.

The project includes publishing a map of cycling routes tailored to residents and designing signs to promote awareness for more considerate driving when motorists are passing cyclists on roadways.

In this rural area in the south of France everyday cycling routes, sometimes made up of greenways, still have to contend with transit roads. The overall objective of this campaign is to encourage residents to consider cycling as a regular mode of transport and to remind them of the rules of good conduct for better road sharing.
